About Me

During my formative years, my father trained and practiced as a Chiropractor and Naturopath, adding Acupuncture, Homeopathy and Bach Flower Essences to his broad knowledge of natural therapies.

The knowledge he passed on to me gave me a very holistic approach to raising my family, as well as a strong desire to support others in maintaining their well-being while under stress and facing life challenging illnesses.

I first experienced Progressive Kinesiology soon after the death of my mother.

Not only was Progressive Kinesiology an amazing support for dealing with my grief, it identified and cleared longstanding issues that had been blocking my own healing.

I was inspired to make a career change and to attain my Diploma of Progressive Kinesiology  so that I can support those who are going through life challenging illnesses, as well as their loved ones who may be feeling the emotional effects of having someone close to them go through this.

I have completed my Reiki training to Master Level. I offer Reiki Treatments and teach Reiki in small groups and 1:1.

I offer Intuitive Wellness sessions using Kinesiology, Reiki and Psychic Mediumship for those seeking better health, immunity, well-being and guidance to confidently move forward in their lives.

In Melbourne last November (2019), I was privileged to do a Past Life Regression course with Dr Brian Weiss (writer of Many Lives, Many Masters) and I have integrated Past Life Regression with my other modalities.

I am passionate about helping others identify the root cause of their health concerns and assisting them to make positive changes to their own health and well-being.  I enjoy treating people of all ages.
